GEOMETRIC DISTORTION CORRECTION
A near perfect aspect ratio correction which ensuring the most accurate image of objects scanned are presented with the correct aspect ratio regardless of orientation and position on the belt.
SPECTRUM COLOR PALETTES
Configurable color palettes including Classic 4-color, Spectrum-4 and Spectrum-7 to better visualize potential threat objects.
DUAL MODE AUTO ZEFF
The Dual mode Z-effective feature enhances both the efficiency and accuracy of the material identification screening process by identifying organic materials accurately and quickly, either in Range mode which highlights areas based on operator selected Z-effective values of 7,8,or 9, or in Interactive mode which provides the operator the option to display the Z-effective number of a selected pixel.
HIGH SPEED CONVEYOR
The Orion suite continues to re-imagine X-ray screening with the best in class image quality at the highest belt speeds. The Orion 926DX has been designed with a configurable conveyor qualified at three speeds, 0.2m/s, 0.35m/s and 0.5m/s. The speed can be adjusted in the field by qualified Service staff as your operational needs flex into the future.
OPERATOR ASSIST TOOLS
Target™ and NARCScan are designed to detect a wide range of explosives and narcotics respectively in real time during the scanning process by marking a potential threat on the X-ray image. Density Threat Alert (DTA) visually highlights high-absorbing regions of the X-ray image. Rapiscan® Systems detection algorithms are based on regulatory approved material analysis techniques.
