The combined space, with our corporate headquarters, includes approximately 88,000 square feet. Our newest technologies and products are on display in our Torrance laboratories.

Surrey, United Kingdom

The Rapiscan Systems office in the United Kingdom is located in a high-tech facility in Surrey. This office provides manufacturing, engineering, sales and customer service support for all of Europe, Africa, and the Middle Eastern territories. The primary project management support for our Hold Baggage Screening products is located in our Surrey offices.

Australia

Rapiscan Systems Australia, located in the business precinct of South Melbourne Victoria, was established in 2007 to handle sales and provide superior service support across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. The team are in place to supply and service the entire Rapiscan portfolio of Baggage and Parcel, Cargo and Vehicle, Hold Baggage and People Screening systems.

Washington, D.C., USA

In our D.C. location, we work to support U.S. and international government efforts in preventing criminal and terrorist acts. The Washington D.C. office is located near the Pentagon, U.S. Capitol, White House and the Department of Homeland Security.

Singapore

This facility is used to provide support for sales and customer service for clients located in the Asia region.

Brussels, Belgium

Our office in Brussels liaises on a day-to-day basis with the institutions of the European Union, the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), the World Customs Organisation (WCO) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO). Security policies and activities across Europe and globally are increasingly enacted by these organizations in Brussels. Our Brussels presence enables Rapiscan Systems to anticipate and influence the development of regulatory or other initiatives impacting our business. The Brussels office is located in the heart of the EU district near the European Commission and European Parliament.

Sunnyvale, California, USA

Rapiscan Systems Laboratories is located in Sunnyvale, California. Rapiscan Labs develops our next generation technologies at this location as well as manages our government sponsored research and development contracts. In addition, our Sunnyvale staff provides research and development, as well as sales, marketing and customer service support in this 35,000 square foot facility.

Espoo, Finland

In Espoo, Finland, Rapiscan Systems designs and manufactures its Metor Metal Detectors, used in People Screening applications, for global distribution. With approximately 18,500 square feet of combined manufacturing and office space, this office provides additional support for sales and service for all Rapiscan Systems products in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom

Rapiscan Systems UK Cargo division operates a technology lab and manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent. The facility produces the company's High Energy X-Ray Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Product Line for deployment to the Europe, Africa, and the Middle Eastern territories.

Johor Bahru, Malaysia

In this 99,000 square foot facility, Rapiscan Systems manufactures many of its higher volume products, primarily its Baggage and Parcel Inspection and People Screening systems. This facility is used strategically as a central office to provide sales and customer service support for customers located in the Asia-Pacific region.

Apex, North Carolina, USA

Rapiscan Systems operates a 31,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Apex, North Carolina. The facility produces the company's High Energy X-Ray Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Product Line for deployment to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection throughout the United States and to select international locations.

Ocean Springs, Mississippi, USA

In Ocean Springs, Rapiscan Systems maintains a 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility to supplement manufacturing of some of our Cargo and Vehicle Inspection and People Screening systems. This is our newest manufacturing site and is indicative of the company’s growth capabilities for responding to increased demand and tighter delivery schedules.
